Twelve questions

Answer for your company as it works today, not as it should. If you are not sure, choose the more cautious answer.

AI tools in use

Do you know which AI tools your team uses for work?
When someone wants to use a new AI tool, does anyone have to approve it?

Data that goes in

Is it clear which data must not go into AI tools, such as customer data, prices, contracts or personal data?
Do you know whether your AI tools keep what you enter, or use it to train their models?

What a person decides

When AI drafts something that leaves the company, such as an email, a quote or an order, does a person check it first?
Can an AI tool or agent send, delete, pay or change data in your systems on its own?

Contracts and providers

Does your team use AI tools under a business contract, or with personal and free accounts?
Do you know where your AI providers process and store your data?

Logs and review

If an AI tool or agent makes a mistake, could you see afterwards what it did?
Does anyone regularly review the results of the AI tools you use?

Training and rules

Do you have written rules for using AI at work?
Has the team been shown how to use AI safely in their own work?

Nothing is sent. The result is calculated in your browser.
